中埋式止水带接头检查方法:
Inspection method for joint of buried water stop belt:
1、检查中埋式橡胶止水带接头处上下的压茬方向,此方向应以排水畅通、降水外引为正确方向。
1. Check the direction of stubble at the joint of buried rubberwater stop belt. The direction should be smooth drainage andprecipitation introduction.
2、检查中埋式止水带接头的强度,抗拉伸强度不能低于母体的80%,不合格的地方应重新焊接或者粘结。简单的方法是用手轻轻的撕扯。
2. Check the strength of the joint of buried water stop tape.The tensile strength should not be lower than 80% of the parentbody. The unqualified parts should be re-welded or bonded. Theeasiest way is to tear it gently with your hand.
3、 检查接头表面的打毛情况。接头外观应平整光洁。

从结构形式上可分为CB型止水带和CP型止水带两种。

CB型止水带是指中间有孔的中埋式止水带,可分为CB型橡胶止水带、CB型塑料止水带两类。主要适用于各种混凝土构筑物的伸缩缝、沉降缝及防震缝等,具有与混凝土锚固紧密、止水密封和适应变形缝伸缩变形的能力*秀等。
CB type water stop belt refers to the buried water stop beltwith holes in the middle, which can be divided into CB type rubberwater stop belt and CB type plastic water stop belt. The CP type water stop belt refers to the middle buried waterstop belt without holes. It can be divided into two types: the CPtype rubber water stop belt and the CP type plastic water stopbelt. 一种是采用粘接剂进行冷接头,一种是使用热硫化模具进行热接。
One is to use adhesive for cold joint, the other is to use hotvulcanization die for hot joint.
粘接剂冷接是采用橡胶止水带专用冷接胶水、采用搭接法把止水带需要接头的断面用磨光机磨平5~10厘米、涂胶水压实即可,具有强度高、凝固快的优点、施工方便、省时省力,可达到一般工程质量要求。
Adhesive cold bonding is to use special cold bonding glue forrubber water stop belt, to use lapping method to grind the sectionof water stop belt which needs joint with a polishing machine for5-10 cm, and to compact with glue water. It has the advantages ofhigh strength, fast solidification, convenient construction,time-saving and labor-saving, and can meet the general engineeringquality requirements.
现场热接硫化法接头是使用与止水带匹配的热硫化模具及生胶片现场硫化热接,施工难度大,但接头效果理想,适合对工程质量要求严格的项目。
On-site hot vulcanization joints are hot vulcanization joints ofhot vulcanization moulds and biofilm matched with water stop belts,which are difficult to construct, but the effect of joints is idealand suitable for projects with strict engineering qualityrequirements.
